About G.O.A.T. Elite Cards
G.O.A.T. Elite Cards creates custom sports trading cards using customer-provided photographs and information. Every order is individually produced and made specifically for the customer.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are placing the order with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Photo Ownership & Authorization
By uploading any photograph or image, you represent and warrant that:
You own the rights to the image or have permission from the copyright owner to use it.
If the athlete pictured is under 18 years of age, you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have authority to authorize the use of the image.
Your uploaded content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
You grant G.O.A.T. Elite Cards a limited license to use your uploaded photographs and information solely for the purpose of designing, producing, and delivering your custom order.
Custom Products
Each trading card is custom-made specifically for your order.
Because every product is personalized, slight differences in color, brightness, image placement, or printing may occur due to printing processes, screen differences, and supplied image quality.
These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Uploading high-quality photographs.
Verifying spelling of names, jersey numbers, team names, and other submitted information.
Providing accurate shipping information.
Reviewing their order before submission.
G.O.A.T. Elite Cards is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.
Production & Shipping
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, equipment maintenance, weather events, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made:
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Personalized products are generally non-refundable.
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
The wrong product was shipped;
The product contains a manufacturing defect;
An error was made by G.O.A.T. Elite Cards.
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of:
The damaged product
The shipping packaging
The shipping label
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, card designs, layouts, branding, and original artwork created by G.O.A.T. Elite Cards remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially use our designs without written permission.
Third-Party Trademarks
Customers may request custom cards featuring references to sports teams or organizations.
All trademarks, logos, and team names remain the property of their respective owners.
G.O.A.T. Elite Cards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any professional sports league, team, school, or organization unless expressly stated.
Website Availability
We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G.O.A.T. Elite Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
